If checked, you must attach a completed National Register Criteria Statement form. Use as much space as necessary to complete the following entries, allowing text to flow onto additional continuation sheets. ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Describe architectural features. Evaluate the characteristics of this building in terms of other buildings within the community. This house was vacant when the home was inventoried in 1980. It was apparently demolished between 1980 and 1992. The Northampton Tax Assessor’s records shows that this house was built in 1992. HISTORICAL NARRATIVE Discuss the history of the building. Explain its associations with local (or state) history. Include uses of the building, and the role(s) the owners/occupants played within the community. From Form B of 1980: “In 1889, Alfred Wade bought this parcel for $200. This and the fact that the 1884 atlas does not show a house on this sire would seem to mean that this building was constructed after 1890. However, the house appears to be of earlier construction, and the atlas of 1873 as well as the mid 19th century map show a house on this site. The one other possibility is that this house as moved from another site.” BIBLIOGRAPHY and/or REFERENCES Beers, F. W. County Atlas of Hampshire Massachusetts, New York, 1873. Hales, John G.
