The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the Amendment to the original Finding for the non-conforming driveway curb cuts based on the
materials and plans submitted with the application.
1. "Florence Bank Site Plan", Massachusetts, dated September 18, 2017, and prepared by The Berkshire Design Group, Inc.
The Findings of the Board under Section 9.3 for the site modifications to reduce the number of drive aisles were as follows:
1. The Board found that the change would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing nonconforming
number and widths of the curb cuts nor the permit that was originally granted.
2. The bank would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not involve a sign.
