Dear Sarah and Commission Members,
Thank you for taking the time to review the Prospect Woods NOI submittal. In preparation
for the meeting, we are offering the following responses to your comments.
1.As the newly re-mapped vernal pool appears to be in the vicinity of the proposed
dumpster relocation, we will rebuild the dumpster in its current location. No new
impervious area or vegetation removal will occur near the mapped pool.
2.Repairing the disturbed area remains as planned.
I look forward to having a conversation with the Commission about this project at the August
24th Commission meeting. I see we are scheduled for 6:30 PM.
