The updated plans in this submittal (dated 8.1.17 title Notice of Intent Warburton Way) supersede the tabloid-size plans (dated 6.28.17 and titled NOI-1 through NOI-3). City application fee of $262.50 is paid online by Hampshire Property Management Group. The receipt for this payment will be forwarded to the Planning Office as soon as it is available. The payment to the DEP of $2373.50 is also happening today, with copies of that check and transmittal to be submitted immediately. I look forward to having a conversation with the Commission about this project at the August 24th Commission meeting.
