The surface regrading appears complete and stable and functioning as intended. Based on field observations, compliance with the original NOI filing is substantially complete. The site conforms to Order of Conditions and the performance criteria noted in 310 CMR 10.00, The Wetlands Protection Act for completion of effective work.
