RE:Site Review relative to 310 CMR 10.00
37 Fair Street, Northampton, MA
This letter is to confirm our inspection of the above parcel on this date. The work completed to date
(installation of a septic system (mounded with) compensatory storage swale) on the west and north sides
of the dwelling has been completed as proposed in 2002.
The surface regrading appears complete and stable and functioning as intended. Based on field
observations, compliance with the original NOI filing is substantially complete. The site conforms to Order
of Conditions and the performance criteria noted in 310 CMR 10.00, The Wetlands Protection Act for
completion of effective work.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions. That you may have.
Sincerely,
Cold Spring Environmental Consultants, Inc.
