MCERLAIN, Health Agent TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: CITY OF NORTHAMPTON MASSACHUSETTS OFFICE OP TIE BOARD OF HEALTH August 23, 1983 910 MAIN STREET 01060 (413)5664950 Rat.913 Dpi' Please be advised that on August 22, 1983, a representative of the Northampton Board of Health inspected the apartment of Mrs. Delores Ferrer, Apartment 13, 7 Old South Street, and found that the apartment contained insufficient space for the two persons currently residing there. Section 410.400 of Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code requires that there be a minimum of 250 sq. ft. of living space for two people. Mrs. Ferrer's apartment contains only 180 sq. ft. and therefore must be considered substandard. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact the Board of Health Office.
