FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board of Appeals approved the request for the installation of more than one sign on the wall facades and for conformation
that the ground sign fell within the allowable 100sf.
The Board granted the permit after determining that the provisions in 7.2M had been met and with conditions the sign would not be lit
after close of business, The signs proposed will be relocated from the previous dealership site. The additional wall signs in total add up
to less than the total 100 sf allowed for one wall sign within the district and are located on the façade to inidcate the various brands that
are sold at the site.
The additional signs beyond "LIA JEEP" are for the panels:

Service /Express Entrance
