rinny,
Ve have spoken over the past several months about repairs which need to be done in the
,uilding. I thought I would put this in writing so we both have a clear understanding of
he situation.
1. There are no lights in the back stairwell, leading from the roof o the basement.
2. There are no screens in the windows on the second floor, those which are there
are broken.
3. The front door does not close to lock, which no longer makes this a secure
building.
4. Tenants are leaving their garbage in bags in the halls, sometimes for days.
Some of these bags contain human waste products and create an extremely foul
smell. The possible leaking of these bags creates a health issue. Some of these
bags are put by the front door as you enter the building and left there. Sometimes
permanently- (This is a new problem)
En addition the walls are in need of painting desperately- There are two large holes in the
second floor hallway The windows don't seem to have been washed in years.
The situation seems to be rapidly become worse.
Please remedy the safety and health concerns immediately.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Cc: Valley Community Development Corporation
