During the inspection we deemed apartmerd 321 to be a fire hazard as well as a hazard to the residents medical health. The apartment was extremely cluttered with thousands of old newspapers, clothes, magazines, boxes, and various other household Items. Leaving oly a narrow walkway throughout the apartment.
