nks for the update. I just spoke with her and she said that they took out the affected part of the wall and ceiling,
need the area to dry out before they can repair it,which she plans to do on Thursday--with painting the
swing week. So far it seems like this has gotten her moving on the problem!
nks again,

ject. RE. progress?
)ke with Rhuli yesterday and she will be sending a summary of what the maintenance people did when
were in your apartment. She said they took the light fixture down and the outlet apart to check to see if
a was any water damage to the circuit. She said there was not. After I get the fax I'll send you a copy for
• records. She also said a sheetrock contractor will be coming to look at the repairs and that the source of
water leak has been addressed, e.g. at this point they just need to fix the damaged materials. The devil is
e details so we'll wait on the report but I think it is perfectly safe to use the outlets and light. Ben
