34 Complaints 2007-2008 34 New South Street Dumpster 033007 From: Ernie Mathieu Sent: Friday, March 30, 2007 8:18 AM To: 'Faith Williams' Subject: 34 New South Street Dumpster 033007 March 30, 2007 Good Morning Ms. Williams, I received a petition from your tenants of the New South street property complaining that only one dumpster for the property is inadequate and there should be two. HOW many units are in this building? I will be mailing you a copy of this complaint/petition today and I can also fax it to you if you send me your fax number. Please tell me how you will be addressing this complaint. Also, in response to the individual who goes through the dumpster, I am suggesting that the solution to this is to put a padlock on it and give the families one key. Many landlords do this. Unfortunately, I do not have the staff, manpower, or the time to monitor this for you. In addition, the snow has been gone for a week and there is still litter and debris on the ground were the dumpster was before (it has been moved) and the furniture is still there. when will this be taken care of? Sincerely, Ernest Mathieu Health Director 413-587-1213 original Message From: Faith Williams [mailto:fwilliams @haphousing.org] sent: Friday, March 23, 2007 1:29 PM To: Ernie Mathieu Subject: New South Street Dumpster Dear Mr. Mathieu, Thank you for your call yesterday concerning trash at New South Street.
