All walls &ceilings show either damage (small holes/cracking), along with severe staining,soiling, andlor aging which goes well beyond aesthetics. These conditions render the apartment very dark and difficult to clean. Kitchen walls are badly stained and/or soiled. Bathroom wall to the right of wash basin with cracks. Bathroom wall &tub enclosure juncture is no longer watertight since the wall surface edging is curling badl . REMEDY Repairlreplace electrical wall switch in a manner which will render it fully operational for the use intended. Repairlreplace all windows in a manner which will render them fully operational, easy to operate, lockable and weathertight.
