All walls &ceilings throughout the
apartment are deteriorated from age
and in need of either refinishing/re-
painting. All walls &ceilings show
either damage (small holes/cracking),
along with severe staining,soiling,
andlor aging which goes well beyond
aesthetics. These conditions render
the apartment very dark and difficult
to clean. Kitchen walls are badly
stained and/or soiled. Bathroom wall
to the right of wash basin with cracks.

Dear David:
I am writing in response to the violations cited at the agent referenced d address in-youctfr
dated March 26,2003. As the property management
request an extension of time to cure the violations.
The kitchen electrical switch has been repaired and the light is now functioning. Window
balance tubes have been ordered,which will make the windows operational,lockable,and
weather tight. I expect to receive the order of window balance tubes within seven days and
they will be installed promptly. The remaining item will be painting the apartment,which I
expect a delay in receiving painting proposals at this time. A reasonable timeframe for
completion of the painting would be sixty days.
Please let me know if you are satisfied with the schedule for curing the violations If you need
