got this info on a possible hoarding at the above address from Capt Millin
flowing a response to a medical call at 112 oak St, Apt 9 on Sunday June 14 . I
ve included his narrative of the call below. Let me know if you need more
formation.

ssistance requested by the A4 crew due to the excess storage in the apartment.
non arrival Eng crew assisted with patient care.Once I completed assisting with
atient care I addressed the hoarding issues with the other resident of the
oartment. The r esident of apartment 9 Serilyn Morel phone number 413-207-7751
sated that her friend Lester Viles had been alone in the apartment for the past
hree weeks and had created all the issues that were found and photographed. There
as excess storage throughout the apartment which was blocking the secondary egress
rom the apartment, greatly decreased the egress paths from the bedrooms, and
invited access to the second bedroom. and the kitchen. There were also life safety
ssues discovered. In the living room they had a electric heater that was covered
ith combustibles and also the kitchen stove was covered with combustibles. Ms.
orell was advised of the issues and she stated that she would clean up the apt
hile the other resident was in the hospital.
