The r esident of apartment 9 Serilyn Morel phone number 413-207-7751 sated that her friend Lester Viles had been alone in the apartment for the past hree weeks and had created all the issues that were found and photographed. There as excess storage throughout the apartment which was blocking the secondary egress rom the apartment, greatly decreased the egress paths from the bedrooms, and invited access to the second bedroom. and the kitchen. There were also life safety ssues discovered. In the living room they had a electric heater that was covered ith combustibles and also the kitchen stove was covered with combustibles.
