The following violations were noted : (1) Dryer vent (no dryer installed) not properly sealed off from the outside elements. (2) Kitchen back door not weathertight, (3) Front entry door not weathertight, cracks noted also in door panels. (4) Back bedroom window, (right) not weathertighti window rattles. (5) Mold/mildew buildup noted in the rear bedroom around window and on some wall areas. This indicates a chronic dampness problem in this bedroom. REMEDY Adjust heating °still ties to maintain minimum temperature re- 999uirements or 6°° (daytime) and 6h°7, (night). Weatherproof all areas mentioned so as to make them weathertight.
