Re: Overflowing Dumpsters and Trash/Garbage scattered on Ground- 184, 190, and
AN INSPECTION of 184, 190, and 196 Main Street, owned or controlled by you,
26,2005,has revealed violations of one or more laws. Listed below is a description
upon inspection and proven by the complainant.
DESCRIPTION OF VIOLATION(S):
Two Dumpsters in alleyway 184, 190, and 196 Main Street are overflowing with trash and liter and are not
locked except for the on behind Normand Bakery. There is trash, garbage litter, chairs, cardboard, and litter on
the ground around all three dumpsters. This has been a continued problem over time.
CORRECTION ORDER:
Arrange immediately to have your dumpsters emptied that are full and overflowing. Remove and clean the area
free from all trash, garbage, litter, chairs, cardboard, and debris that is on the ground and keep it litter free at all
times. Dumpsters that are not lock must be locked at all times to prevent people from going through the trash.
You are hereby ordered to correct or eliminate these violations in accordance with M.G.L., CHAPTER 111,
SECTIONS 122 TO 125A,ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 2,2005.
FAILURE TO CORRECT THE VIOLATION(S) COULD RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.
