The Northampton Board of health has inspected the premises at
183-1A7 Main Street 31D

parcel 140 . ), for compliance with Chapter 11 of The State Sanitary Code.
This letter will certify that the inspections revealed violations, listed
below, which are serious enough as to endanger or materially impair the health,
safety, and well-being of the occupants.
Under authority of Chapter 111, Section 127 of the Mass. General Laws,
and Chapter II of The State Sanitary Code, you are hereby ordered to make a good
faith effort to correct the following violations within twenty-four (24) hours
from the date of receipt of this order.

No receptacles being provided
for the storage, accumulation,
and final disposition of tenants'
garbage and refuse. Tenants are
illegally using neighboring re-
fuse receptacles.
REMEDY
Provide approved recept-
acle(s)- in sufficient
quantity to hold occupants'
refuse between collection
periods. Provide for
final collection or ulti-
mate disposal of garbage
and refuse.

This letter will certify that the inspections revealed violations, listed
below, which are serious enough as to endanger or materially impair the health,
saf, ty, and well-being of the occupants.
Under authority of Chapter 111, Section 127 of the Mass. General Laws,

and Chapter II of The State Sanitary Code, you are hereby ordered to begin the
necessary repairs or contract with a third party within five (5) days of the re-
ceipt of this order and to make a good faith effort to substantially complete
correction, within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of this order, the follow-
ing violations:

Note 1 All building, electrical and plumbing repairs must be approved by the City's
Building, Electrical and Plumbing Inspectors.
Note 2. .Since the current occupants are in the process of moving out, the apartment
must not be reoccupied until all of the violations listed above have been
corrected.
