The following violations still have not been corrected: 410.200/.351: Living room radiator on outside wall still leaks 410.480/.500 (I) Left prime window ill-fitted; will not lock & 501: (2) Living room right storm window pane missing (3) Living room front prime entry door deteriorated' (4) Side kitchen entry door not weathertight-' (5) Side kitchen storm window ill-fitted. (6) 2nd floor left bedroom prime window panes still need to be properly caulked to seal them 410.551: 2 kitchen storm windows missing screens and 2" floor left bedroom storm window screen is ill-fitted All other violations noted in Abatement Order-Certified Mail # P 061 775 840 and dated March 18, 1997, have been corrected to satisfaction of the Board of Health. Complete correction of violations noted above. When completed, notify the Board of Health in order that a final inspection can be made to verify correction. REMEDY (1 & 2) Repair/rePlace radiators in a manner which will render them fully operational and leak free. (3) Repairlreplace tub faucet/handle in an approved manner. r (4) Install an approved light fixture or, 9 otherwise, seal opening in ceiling and eliminate exposed wiring. (5) Repairlreplace deteriorated sections of the cabinets in an approved manner. (6) Install an approved light fixture which will safely illuminate the stairwell and 2nd floor landin s. Install approved ventilation for the bathroom Clean and refinish mildewed walls and ceiling. (1) Repair prime window in an approved manner. (2) Replace missing storm window pane. Provide an approved, operational smoke detector at this location. Repair handrail in a manner which will render it sound and safe to use.
