They are: 1 A hole still existed in the living room wall. 2 Rear entry door needs repair, (window loose.) 3 Balusters missing off stairwell. 4 Heat registers throughout unit are falling out and need repair. These violations have been reported and have not been corrected since October 2, 1999.
