SUBJECT: Violations that exist at 36 Hampton Avenue, Northampton, Mass.
DATE: November 26, 1979
A reinspection was done at 36 Hampton Avenue and some violations still
exist. They are:
1 A hole still existed in the living room wall.
2 Rear entry door needs repair, (window loose.)
3 Balusters missing off stairwell.
4 Heat registers throughout unit are falling out and need repair.
These violations have been reported and have not been corrected since
October 2, 1999. You are ordered to make corrections of these violations
immediately as your grace period has long since past,

Upon request the Board of Health responded to 40 and 42 Hampton Avenue (32C - 63)
Northampton on August 12, 1980 at 9:13 a.m. Upon investigating the dwelling, it
was found to be infested with cockroaches.
We are requesting that you immediately have these dwellings and the entire building
exterminated for cockroach infestation.
