Based on the size (kW) and installation date of that generator, in addition to increasing the stack height(as to not cause a nuisance),the only other thing they should do is document how much fuel they use each month and how many hours the generator is operated each month. This would take them beyond what is required for a emergency generator of that size, but it also helps document that the generator is only used in the case of emergencies. I was able to tell him that you have a 15 kw generator but he would also like to know when it was installed. He took an interest in your situation and promised to check for state regulations that might apply to your generator. Can you contact ernie's(king eet)and see if they will tow it and see if it is worth fixing. I have set aside"'$400 for the car so you can tell them that can invest in it if worthwhile (but no more than that). If not, find someone else who can tow it there (maybe worth a it to DPW?). iniel I think talked with food protection yesterday to get clarification on non-profits and temp.food. In the absence of iat he found out,we need to move forward with permitting this event in Florence. Heather can you please contact em and tell them they do need a permit and Ed can you do the inspection (I think this is a Monday event). , I also have some nuisance complaint issues to pass off to you but will do that late today(I am in meetings until :30). In the meantime please look up any relevant information you can find about the operation of diesel generators residential areas(Heather this is the WHMP complaint).
