As described in the MCP, the public notification provisions require that the Chief Municipal Officer and the Board of Health be notified of the implementation of a Release Abatement Measure(RAM).This letter serves to inform you of the purpose, nature,and expected duration of the RAM for the Disposal Site referenced above. The RAM activities described in the plan involve the disturbance of potentially impacted soils during activities associated with the rehabilitation of the paved parking area servicing the Hampton Court property. Construction activities conducted under the RAM meet the requirements of the Activity Use Limitation (AUL) on the property. RAM activities are anticipated to be conducted in July 2015. All field work will be performed in accordance with the RAM plan and site-specific Health and Safety Plan.
