The noncompliance alleged is as follows:
Failure to correct all the violations listed in the above Article II -
violations notice. -
A criminal complaint shall be issued by the District Court of Hampshire County
sitting at Northampton unless within three days from receipt of this citation you recites
of the Clerk of the said District Court (telephone number 5811-7400) a hearing to show ca
why a complaint should not be issued.
The Board of Health wants to repeat its prior warning that each day's failure
comply with its order is a separate violation punishable by a fine of not less than ten
dollars ($10.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) as re anired by Massachusett
General Taws Chapter 111 section 1271.

Sanitary Code.
This letter will certify that the inspections revealed violations
listed below, which are serious enough as to endanger or
materially impair the health, safety, and well-being of the

This letter will certify that the inspections revealed violations listed below,
which are serious enough as to endanger or materially impair the
health, safety and well-being of the occupants.

abatement order#P 749 251 822 sent by the Board of Health on December
10, 1992 to your brother, Inderjit Singh. I have been informed by the tenant
that you have taken over control of this property. Should this not be the
case, notify the Board of Health immediately.
Should the present tenants vacate the premises prior to correction of all
violations, the apartment shall not be re-rented until all violations have
been corrected and the Board of Health has made a re-inspection to
determine compliance.

Inspection of premises was made on November 19, 1996 at approximately
9:20 am.
NOTE: The serious condition of the deteriorated exterior roof was originally
addressed in an abatement order sent by the Board of Health back in
December 1992. (Abatement Order addressed to Inderjit Singh and dated
December 10, 1992, Certified Order#P 749 251 822). Failure to take
immediate action to abate these violations will result in further legal action
to effect compliance.
