Condition of porch leads this office to concern for the rest of unit. NHA inspector refused entry but confirmed condition of porch from another vantage point. You are hereby ordered to correct the violations no later than 6/20/2013. A re-inspection for compliance with this order will be conducted at that time. IF THE VIOLATIONS ARE NOT CORRECTED BY THIS DEADLINE DATE,YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO RECEIVING A VIOLATION TICKET WITH A FINE.
