After out conversation, I have called the plumber to dispatch him to determine the issue again with the hot water. I am dispatching a man to the property tomorrow, who will perform the water clean up again, remove the small carpet to be cleaned and dried, and dry up the floor again. One of my workers was at the property yesterday, after she initially called me at 9:30AM to alert me that there was a problem at her unit. He arrived, with me, about 12:30, and worked to dry out her unit completely, till 4:00. When he left, it was dry. That being said, I will send him back out in the morning to clean up what you are now telling me is standing water along the back wall. We seem to be having an issue with someone lowering the window at the front of the Laundromat, to a completely closed position. We have renailed it into the "open" position a number of times. The window is kept open for replacement air for the dryers in the unit downstairs from you. This is needed for proper ventilation of the dryers. Frankly, I thought it might be you, closing that window to capitalize on the heat rising from the unit below you, not realizing that it is open for a really good reason! If you see anyone else closing that window, could you please let me know who it is?
