SEE electrically operated, stricker mechanism, with associated locking equipment per Regulation 410.480 (C). attached copy of regulation. .500 & .552 1"floor apartment back screen door with the self-closing mechanism busted. Repair/replace screen door closure in a manner that will render it fully operational. .600- .602 Inadequate refuse collection, storage, and area maintenance. Trash receptacles lack lids and storage area is strewn with assorted trash. Provide trash receptacles with tight- fitting lids and in sufficient numbers to hold all accumulated tenant refuse between collections. Take action to insure that this common area is maintained in a sanitary condition at all times. The current collection interval appears to be inadequate and should be increased to avoid excessive accumulation &spillage of assorted refuse in the future.
