Please call me by January 22, 2006. Failure to hear from you by this date will result in a formal letter sent to you by this office. We had to wait for the carpenter to clear out of our garage before moving most of it(including the fencing that I moved from the side to in front of the garage, waiting for her to finish up. I'll move that inside the garage tomorrow!) Just yesterday I moved the worst of the wood from the side of the house. I'm sorry it didn't appear to our neighbor that we were making progress. In any case, thank you for this heads-up We certainly want to avoid having to receive a formal letter. with thanks Kevin Hale Original Message From: Ernie Mathieu To: everhale @verizon.net Sent: Monday, February 12, 2007 5:11 PM Subject: 17 Chestnut Ave 021207 Feb. 12,2007 Dear Ruth and Kevin; 1 received a telephone call today from a neighbor who told me that no fencing has been removed or that any yard cleaning has been done.I was told that some fencing and other items were just moved around the yard. So I am just writing this to you as a reminder that the 2 week period that you needed to clean is coming to and end at the beginning of next week.I trust that you will follow thought with our verbal agreement as I do not want to have to send a formal letter to you and then proceed with formal enforcement action. Please call if any questions. I wanted to let you know that we immediately moved the fencing from the neighbors view (we hope)and are working on removing lumber/material related to our building project. this will require either renting a dumpster or a dump truck service, which we were planning on doing but will probably need a couple of weeks to complete (the building project is still ongoing). Thanks for your advice, and please feel free to pass along to our neighbors that we are deeply sorry for any eyesores they have had to live with and we hope they will feel free to talk with us directly in the future as we are always willing to work with our neighbors and are not trying to be inconsiderate. Please let me know what else you might need from me. Thanks, Ruth Ever 587-9707 No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
