Dear Mr. Peter Titelman, a6(—76-17k
This is to inform you that I received a message on my voice mail phone call from an individual regarding you
property at 53 Center Street who stated that they spend time in a room in the building that has an odor that they
described as smoke odor.They said that a new furnace has been installed in your building and they think that the
exhaust from the furnace is somehow going into the room. They did not leave a name or a phone number.They
did not indicate what room it was.
Please investigate this matter and report back to me as soon as possible with you findings.
