We've received a complaint from a neighbor about the house at 85 Cahillane Terrace.The neighbor states that
wse is unsecured,the windows are broken,The yard is filled with trash, he doesn't think the present owners live
and there is a strong odor from the house.The neighbor has also made a complaint to the board of health. I visited
cation today and the window in the storm door is broken,the front door is open and the lock set has been
red (see attached photos).There is an odor apparent at the front door it smells like garbage. I've sent a letter to

I plan to meet with an inspector from the health department at the house tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Is it possible

acted this address last met with owners on site with Merridith O'Leary(NHD Director); owners promised
ve broken glass from front bay and also front storm door. Leaves have been raked from most of front yard,
lags of leaves are standing right of garage needing disposal. 2 old lawnmowers have been removed from
le yard, as well as the old rotting screen door insert for the front of the garage bay. Assorted trash(broken
tc.) remains in back yard; torn screen hangs from the rear window of the (kitchen?). Power company
to have removed the hanging limbs that were above the service wire to the house.
012 Call placed to number on record for Ed Refeen(772-9992): he agreed to cart away the 18 black
:bags of leaves, remove the broken glass from the front bay window, and finish boarding the rear basement
t that is only partly covered. He will call the Health Department and let us know when he is done.
