I visited cation today and the window in the storm door is broken,the front door is open and the lock set has been red (see attached photos).There is an odor apparent at the front door it smells like garbage. I've sent a letter to vner listed on the most recent deed and called a telephone number I located on the internet. I plan to meet with an inspector from the health department at the house tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Is it possible re a police officer meet us there to provide assistance if necessary? Let me know.Thank you. We are currently in a state of heightened awareness of stagnant water sources because of the )y cases of West Nile Virus, and also because Equine Encephalitis has been found slightly farther away. uld appear that little progress is being made in the use of this dumpster.
