Hello,
In writing to find out about how to submit a complaint/notification regarding chronic build up of trash and
recycling at a downtown building. The attached photos show the residential entrance at 32 Masonic Street
(which is on the State St. side of the building, accessible from Button St/Alley.
We've tried unsuccessfully to have the condominium board and property management company to address
this issue, but it remains chronic. Separate from how unsightly it is, and how the recycling can no longer
be recycled, I'm concerned about vermin (rats/roaches/etc.). As you can see, the receptacles have been
positioned adjacent to the residential entrance of the building, where anywhere from 8-16 people reside
(depending on vacancies).
The contact person for the building is Robin Freedenfeld, 188 Warner St., Florence MA 01062. Thanks for
any help of suggestions you can provide as we try to remedy this issue.
