Re: Premises of Charlie Wang, 79A Hawley Street
Dear Mr. McErlain:
Mr. Wang has forwarded to me a copy of your letter of July 31,
1995, concerning the second floor of the building at 79A Hawley
Street.
Please understand that Mr. Wang is attempting to do everything
he can at this point to comply with the law. The tenants, Amy
Sindarsky and Karen Hansmann have apparently not yet moved out,
notwithstanding their telling Mr. Wang and myself that they would
be doing some some weeks ago. I have written to them several times,
but have heard nothing from them or counsel.
As you know, their tenancy runs out at the end of this month,
hence the building should be in compliance at that time--assuming
they do not hold over.
In any event, we will continue doing everything we can to
comply with the law.
Thank you for your courtesy.
