When they sold to Mr. leidwi z h promised pi ed m deidwi¢he peomised me on numerous occasions that he was going to maintain and improve he property.. He has failed to do so in any meaningful way. Darren's descriptions below are iccurate,in fact they may be too kind. 1. There is one unregistered car that has been sitting in the yard for many months, without a cover. 2. There may be more than four unrelated individuals living in one unit,a local ordinance violation if true. 3. There are various types of refuse left around the house on a regular basis. Further,I believe trash removal is a landlord's responsibility, not the tenants. Curbside pickup does not cover all trash removal as you probably know. Trash from that house blows around the neighborhood and often the trash receptacles are left out the day before and the day after curbside pickup. Further,I do not notice that recyclable containers and paper is being removed from the trash, though they may be. 4. looks like n overgrown weed patch and rthe other hall turns into nto a giant puddle of mud during the rain. 5. There l health smoke doubt e as instaled bothcarbon mono de and etecctors as required by law. While Darren,a small business owner, and we other neighbors work to maintain our properties, Mr.Neidwicz fails on almost all fronts due perform minmalsma maintenance dhavesas. I the had a difficult time Ending tenants myself, rounds,to no and I've seen worse in Holyoke and landlord numerous Wines over the past five years to request him to clean up the Springfield,While I feel not feel the home needs s house wbe ould immaculate,be warranted I feel an inspection of this house would be warranted for the safety of the tenants, whom I have nothing against.
