At 3:45 p.m. on January 5, 1984 a representative of the Northampton
Board of Health inspected the sewage disposal system at 54 Sylvester
Road, owned by Richard Brawn.
At the time of the inspection, the septic system seemed to be function-
ing properly. There was no evidence of blockage in the drain lines or
seepage to the ground surface.

It should be noted that this inspection included views of the interior
plumbing and exterior ground surface only. The interiors of the septic
tank and the leaching system were not examined.
