Dear Mr. LaValley: Re: 205 Sylvester Road
Please be advised that a representative of the Northampton Board of Health has
inspected your vacant dwelling at 205 Sylvester Road (Assessors Map 28, Lot 16)
and found the dwelling lacks the following:
an approved sewage disposal system,
an approved water supply and
an approved plumbing system.
These conditions are serious violations of 105 CMR 410.000 Chapter II of the
State Sanitary Code and render the dwelling unfit for human habitation.
Under authority of 105 CMR 410.000, you are hereby ordered not to allow the
dwelling to be occupied until approved water supply, plumbing and sewage disposal
systems have been installed and the dwelling is in full compliance with all other
aspects of the State Sanitary Code.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact the Board of Health
office.
Very truly yours,
Peter J. McErlain
