Said "Driveway Permit" issued by the Board of Public Works (3.P.W.) , shall be attached to and become part of the 'Build- ing Permit" issued by the 3nt1dinv Inspector. 3 Prior to the issuance of a "Building "Permit" the owner of any lot to be serviced by a new driveway shall apply to the B.P.W. for a "Driveway Permit" by completing the pertinent pot=ona of said permit (ac.ached) . Once the location of said driveway is approved by the 3:P.W.a building permit may be issued. 4.
