I could have idemned it but I cannot put Helen out on the street. I heard she has a housekeeper coming in from some ,ncy to help her with cleaning and chores. Do you know who she/he is and form what agency? It appears that The is not helping much with the care and cleaning and I would like to look into it and see what her/his ponsibilities are. we Helen until Friday(2/9/07)to show progress by removing at least 50%of the clutter, and to make the toilet I tub totally accessible and useable. If this does not happen I may condemn the apartment and issue an order acate. Please help her try to accomplish this, if you can. As you know, the Housing Authority has me involved to help motivate Helen to clean so they do not 'e to evict her because the condition of her apartment also effects others in the building (such as the odor). ase let me know how the assessment goes. I'm trying to go easy on Helen, but I kind of agree with you about condition because nothing was remove form inside the tub like I asked her to do the prior Friday but she insist t she is still washing and showering in it when I ask her. That was the blem. However, Like I told Maryann today when she called and said she had no hot water for 5 days. She iuld of called us when it happened. The first call we got was Monday afternoon. far as Susan Costello goes she called us twice in the past month for 2 no heat calls. Both times we responded tin 2 hours of the call and found everything was ok and it was 80 degrees in her apt.
