Health Director Merridith O'Leary and I went to 12 Hebert Ave.at 2:00 today and did talk with the occupant James Bardwell. He is well and working the night shift which may have interfered with our attempts to reach him ore. He told us that his mortgage has been restructured in a way that is manageable for him,and he will be taking steps to have the power turned :k on at this address. He does have his own generator for power and from our interview asserted that he has the basic necessities for habitability. are going to follow up with resources that may further assist him;we found him in good health,cooperative,and forward looking.
