Dear Mrs. Mongeau,
A reinspeotlon was done on October 22, 1979, at the residence
at 39 Hinckley Street, Northampton. There has been one problem
at this address that has been the main complaint, and still exists.
I spoke with the Martins and the tenants upstairs. The problem
is in the plumbing apparently in the piping going to the upstairs
shower.
This has gone on too long. I am requesting that this be
corrected immediately, even if you have to call in a different
plumber, fine, but lets get this corrected now.
I feel this is a situation that rates immediate action.
Very truly yours,
Richard A, Comely
