Western Village Ski&Sports) and with areas for support and storage.The proposed reconfigurations shall maintain the mixed use non separated building configuration but there will he a change the use group on the 24', 34 and 4d' floors to Residential, (R-2) apartments. An addition shall be constructed on 241 31d and 4" floors at the rear on the building to bring the rear exterior wall into alignment with the existing rear wall of the 1"floor. A new roof shall also be applied to the existing potion of the building. New enclosed stairways leading to the roof and roof decks shall also be added. The HVAC,plumbing and electrical systems shall be expanded and reconfigured. Because it is a 4 story building with an occupied roof, I think the code requires 2 exits based on IEBC section 912.4.1 (higher hazard category sends you back to 1021.1 and 1021.2).
