Dear Mr. Hasbrouck:
I am writing to confirm that Lathrop Community, Inc. has agreed not to develop
the property at 716 Bridge Road with a"curb cut" on Bridge Road as a condition of the
City's inclusion of that property in the URB zoning district. This condition would apply
to any transferee or assignee of Lathrop Community, Inc. for so long as the abutting
properties are not also rezoned to the URB zoning district.
Lathrop does not have immediate plans for 716 Bridge Road, but our plans are to
expand the Northampton community to 716 Bridge Road if the property is included in the
URB zoning district. Those plans would provide for access to any new units through the
existing Lathrop entrance on Bridge Road.
