As a result of this notification,MassDEP has inactivated Glacier Water's River Valley Market water vending machine as a public water system,with an effective date of November 30, 2015. The Department will retain the inactive status for a period of five years from the effective inactivation date (November 30, 2020). No water vending machine must be installed at this location without first receiving written approval from MassDEP.
