Within your November 30, 2015 electronic mail message,you provide notice that the water vending machine
located within the River Valley Market in Northampton has been removed and will not now be re-installed. As a
result of this notification,MassDEP has inactivated Glacier Water's River Valley Market water vending machine
as a public water system,with an effective date of November 30, 2015.
The Department will retain the inactive status for a period of five years from the effective inactivation date
(November 30, 2020). No water vending machine must be installed at this location without first receiving written
approval from MassDEP.
