Absolutely repul- y concern is for the health and well being of the immediate area to both man and beast the close proximity of a water supply being contaminated by this type of waste disposal, 11th. I am therefore requesting this report be forwarded to the Board of Health for their igation into this matter, and subsequent, either a cease and desist order or that proper ties be established to eliminate human waste being deposited and strew around this prop- n violation of City Ordinance, State Law. lnce the Board of Health goes to the location, they should readily be able to locate and :hose situations that I have described. Che boyfriend of Tina Amo a Neil Smith, readily admitted that he has dug several locations at site and moved the primitive constructed outhouse from spot to spot. No indication as to preventative measures were made to curtail any infectious disease from spreading, just that ut nermit without richt. he lust dies a hole for human use. It is also my speculation that the buckets being used at times are being dumped into the and washed with the water from the Oxbow. I went to the riverbank that is part of this :rty and there was an absolute stench coming from one area. The riverbank and vegetation .overed with a brown obnoxious oder material substance that resembled that of decomposed iggotized human feces that had been dumped there for disposal. The individuals, Carl Amn and his wife and daughter readily admit that they lived there round. It is not a summer camp-type situation. They are living there in that situation ,utproper health facilities for cleansing, bathing, disposal. They have no leach field. ver a camp to the west, I believe owned by Frank Fournier of Wayside, does have facilities is in compliance with Board of Health, State and City Ordinance.
