We were able to replace his breaker panel within 3 hours of the leak and also called out Ace ter&Fire to help mitigate any other water damage. They set up a commercial dehumidifier in the person's bathroom to dry t the ceiling and walls. Although the person did not have access to his shower,he did have access to his toilet. He also was able use the rest of his apartment as well. When notified by the fire department that the person had complained over the week d,we sent Ace back out and they found that everything was the way they left it. The Ace workers did say that the person was rbally abusive and they will make sure to have 2 people working for safety reasons. My maintenance technician was there this trni ng and had me on speaker phone. He acknowledged that the space was as it was left on Friday and I could hear that the rson was still upset. Our property manager,Maritza Zavala is meeting with the person's advocate in the next hour and I am ading up there to clearly lay out a plan to have the unit buttoned up today. He is unaware of the emergency shelter at Smith yoke.Would somebody please help this guy, at least through the storm?Calling the Police seems a bit heavy handed. He will be in danger if he is out there later today. He is wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt and sits in a wheel chair. I do think he can walk. >Thank you, >• Daniel T.
