Response actions are ongoing to address Site specific conditions. The above referenced Subject Property is scheduled for renovation to include replacement of underground storage tanks (USTs, and associated conveyance piping. As such we expect to conduct dewatering and soil excavation activities. We anticipate the commencement of field activities on or about 13 November 2013. Investigation conducted at the Disposal Site detected a reportable release of petroleum hydrocarbons, which required reporting to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection IMADEPI. Further response actions are required at the Disposal Site pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0000. A copy of the Phase II Scope of Work has been filed with the MADEP.
