The Lot Layout Plan (sheet 1 of 8) be drawn at a scale of 1”=100' instead of l'=40'. 2. Due to the rural character of Maple Ridge Subdivision and its..- surroundings, sidewalks not be constructed. 3. A typical cross-section shooing R.O.w., pavement width and depth, utility location be used instead of cross-sections at 50 foot intervals. 4. The typical pavement section includes the following depths: Base course 12" Binder course 1.5" Surface course 1.5" 5. The bituminous concrete curbing be sloped Cape Cod berm style instead of vertical type curb. 6. The larger vegetation (trees greater than 4" caliper) be retained within the R.O.W. of infield of the cul-de-sac. 7. The length of the cul-de-sac exceed the maximum 500 ft. length.
