Dear Community MRFordinator:
You recently received a package of information concerning,
among other things, the expansion of paper and plastic types
acceptable at the MRF. Because our educational brochure on the new
MRF recyclables will be ready soon, we asked Community MRF
Coordinators to contact DEP regarding the quantity needed and your
community' s plan for collecting these from the MRF.
As you know, your community previously requested OG/
copies of DEP' s new "Watch Your Waste" brochures . In rder to
simplify your task of collecting and distributing these new
brochures, we thought you may want to consider picking up and/or
distributing both brochures simultaneously. While the "Watch Your
Waste" brochure is now ready for pick-up, the "New items
Introduced" brochure won' t be available until the end of August .
Please contact John Pepi at (413) 784-1100 ext . 286 to arrange
for the following:
Contact DEP to arrange for pick-up of the now
available "Watch Your Waste" brochure;
By August 31st, let us know w manv of the "New
Items Introduced" brochures you wish to order and
how you plan to pick them up;
Tell us if and when you want to pick-up both
brochures simultaneously.
As always, please contact us directly should you have any
questions on this or any other MRF subject .
Sincerely,
ly
Steve Ellis
