property located at 203 Maple Ridge Road, Northampton,Hampshire County,
Massachusetts, acquired by deed dated July 28 2000 from Florence Savings Bank
and recorded in Hampshire County Registry of Deeds Book%L , Page2 11" ,
hereby place upon said property pursuant to 310 CMR 15.002 and associated laws, rules,
regulations, a deed restriction in favor of the Board of Health of the City of
Northampton, Massachusetts, as the local approving authority,prohibiting the installation
of a garbage grinder on said property, unless or until such time as the septic system
serving said dwelling is improved to legally accommodate such installation, or the
applicable septic system regulatory standards in effect are changed to allow such
intensified use. -

the real estate situated in Hampshire County, Massachusetts, referred to as 203 Maple
Ridge Road, Northampton, Massachusetts, 01062.
Giving and granting said attorney full power to accept delivery from FLORENCE
SAVINGS BANK (the Seller)of a deed conveying the real estate and to deliver therefor
the purchase price of$335,000.;to sign all documents, including but not limited to, any
settlement statement, the required government forms concerning the transaction and the
reporting of the sale to the Internal Revenue Service; to receive and disburse, on my
behalf, any amounts due and any proceeds as to the purchase and sale; and to do all such
other things necessary or convenient to accomplish the purchase of said real estate as I

This power of attorney shall not be affected by the subsequent disability or
incapacity of the principal.
