The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the Commercial Finding for the modifications to the existing non-conforming parking lot located in
the residential zone based on the following plans submitted with the application:
1. Northampton Urban Senior Living ZBA Submittal by HPD Cambridge, Site Aerial dated 3-11-16, Rendered Site Plan, Parking Lot Detail.
2. Supplemental Material, Landscape Plan by Plan it Green for NUESL, LLC dated 4/20/16. Sheet L3 7.1 12
In granting the Finding, the Board found that the criteria in 350-9.3 had been met and that the changes including the widening of the
landscape buffer, the addition of green screening and trees would not be substantially detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing
non-conforming depth of the buffer.
