Rear wooded portion of the Cutchins Center parcel. Resource areas on the site include the 100-year floodplain to the Connecticut River and pockets of isolated wetland. The area includes
existing trails of varying surfaces, including connections to the adjacent conservation area

2. a. Work Description (use additional paper and/or provide plan(s) of work, if necessary):
Conversion of 800 feet of existing reail into a wheelchair accessible trail of 4' stabilized crushed stone. Existing wood chips to be removed to a 3" depth and taken offsite. Water
permeable landscape fabric will be placed along the clered route, and small size crushed rock mixture with stone dust stabilizer added to 3" depth. The Commission previously endorsed
this conceptual work, which is not proposed to take place within any resource areas, but requested that an RDA be filed. Work to occur within buffer zone to isolated wetlands and bordering
land subject to flooding.

documentation) simultaneously with the submittal of this Request to the Conservation Commission.
Failure by the applicant to send copies in a timely manner may result in dismissal of the Request for Determination of Applicability.
