The sewage disposal system shall not be backfrlled prior to inspection and approval by the Board of Health and/or the Design Engineer. 12. Any conditions encountered during construction differing from those shown on the plans shall be reported to the design engineer before construction continues. 13. No permanent structure shall be constructed over the 100%expansion area. 14. Heavy equipment shall not be permitted to pass over the leaching area. 15. Engineer does not reprnaet nor warrant the operation or proper functioning of this system for any period of time. 16. Contractor will give the engineer and Board of Health representative a minimum of 3 days notice for any inspections.
