Dear Mr. Patillo,
I would like to request a blanket permit for this new year to
cover the cost of erecting Rental and Smith College tents.
Currently we have three (3) 20' x 201 , and a 8 ' x 201 . We also
have four (4) canopies (3) 15' x 30' and a 24' x 24' which we set
up once a year in our Quadrangle for Commencement.
Confirming that the fee is currently two hundred dollars
(200. 00) . Please see the attached permit form and the tent
locations. I would appreciate it if you would call me when the
permits are ready (585-2421) . I will bring a check to your office
then.
