Carolyn,
I have a question about yesterday's meeting. The health club for profit. The building is listed as being in URC and CB.
Table 5.2 Page 5-7 says a memebership club or health facility operated for profit in URC is not allowed but in CB it is
allowed by right. We had said that it required a special permit under 5.2 and 10. Did we read this wrong? If it is CB then
they can do by right...before I get back to applicant can we talk this one over again....I CC'd Wayne because I don't know
when you will read this...Wayne if you read this before Carolyn could you weigh in..
